Engaged by YP Alkaline Soils Group at their conference at Stansbury in SA to broadcast 2 sessions live from the conference. These sessions were delivered live to around 100 people and had people from Qld, SA and WA in the online room hearing and seeing the same presentation. The sessions were recorded to enable access by individuals not able to attend the live sessions.

Training and facilitating members of Australian Women in Agriculture to utilise the online room with the aim of having members of their group working together on project applications and project reports.

Website reviewing and planning session held with members of a national women’s network. Pproviding information on a variety of other e learning methodologies which may be incorporated into their website eg blogs, wikis, podcasts.

Engaged by an organisation that currently mentors agricultural clients via telephone. We have been trialling the mentoring online as the value of being able to share applications such as budgets, is making the process much more collaborative and efficient.

Engaged by groups in SA, Qld, Vic and WA to convene their committee meetings online. They are working on documents such as budgets, presenting reports, using the live polls to capture voting on motions etc and recording the sessions to allow the minutes to be easily transcribed at a later date. This is cutting teleconferencing costs and also enabling meetings to be run more efficiently.

Collaborating with a consultancy organisation in Qld running webinars on a regular basis on key topics with regard to agriculture.

Run short online classes teaching various software applications such as excel, word and digital storytelling.

Facilitated Risk Management Workshops using the online meeting room.

Presented at a live session in Melbourne which had around 50 people in the audience with another 15 people live online from New Zealand. Online participants were able to hear the speaker and audience questions as well as being able to ask questions of the speaker themselves which the live audience could hear also.
