About Us

History of Inspiring Growth

Inspiring Growth was established by Leanne Isaacson in 2006 to realise a longstanding passion to assist others to achieve their greatest potential. Hence "be the best you can be" applies to what Inspiring Growth strives to instil in everyone.

Leanne has 13 years experience in the coordination and delivery of numerous training programs as well as 18 years as a partner in their farming enterprises in the Murray Mallee of SA and more recently their new farms on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

She has a passion for e learning as well as for the increasingly innovative role that technology can play in assisting individuals, committees/groups and businesses in cost effective communication and collaboration.

Leanne's wide ranging employment experience including FarmBis, PIRSA, TAFE, Murray Mallee Community Education Network, Networks for You as well as her Local Government and private enterprise experience, augers well for providing a well rounded service to her clients.

She has also served on many local and state boards and committees including the Adult & Community Education (ACE) Council, Agriculture and Horticulture Training Council, Murray Mallee Strategic Task Force and numerous others.


Leanne holds a Cert 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment and is upgrading to Cert 4 in Training and Assessment System.  She has undertaken ToP Facilitation Training as well as completed training in Facilitating Family Meetings and a variety of professional development courses.
