Who is Inspiring Growth?

Inspiring Growth was established by myself, Leanne Isaacson in 2006 to realise a longstanding passion to assist others to achieve their greatest potential. Hence "be the best you can be" applies to what I strive to instil in everyone.

I have over 18 years experience in the coordination and delivery of numerous training programs as well as 21 years as a partner in our farming enterprises at Currency Creek, Milang and the Murray Mallee of SA.

I have a passion for e learning as well as for the increasingly innovative role that technology can play in assisting individuals, committees/groups and businesses in cost effective communication, collaboration and business development.

I have had a variety of employment experience which includes DFEEST, FarmBis, PIRSA, TAFE, Murray Mallee Community Education Network, Networks for You as well as my local government and private enterprise experience.  This gives me a wide range of experience to draw from when working with my clients.

I have also served on many local and state boards and committees including the Adult & Community Education (ACE) Council, Agriculture and Horticulture Training Council, Murray Mallee Strategic Task Force and numerous others.

 

Personally I hold Advanced Diplomas in Business Management, Rural Business Management, Community Services Management and Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment.  I have also undertaken ToP Facilitation Training as well as completed training in Facilitating Family Meetings, coaching and e-learning.  I have also completed a variety of other professional development courses.

 

I have my own online meeting room which is utilised for meetings, training, product information and webinars by a number of clients Australia wide.

 

In the past 3 years in partnership with my husband John, we have developed a highly successful fodder business, Currency Creek Fine Fodder.  I have had great success in creating an online presence for the business through the creation and registration of targeted domain names, website creation, Google advertising and other paid and free online advertising.  In a Google search for lucerne hay, Currency Creek Fine Fodder appears on the 1st page and the paid advert appears generally at number 1.  Through a range of marketing strategies, the website has had over 9500 visitors from Australia and the world during the past 12 months.

 

I have recently formed a partnership with Cemons Skills Centre and the WEA to be able to deliver accredited training in Frontline Management, Business Sales, Small Business Management and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
